We all love a really good French Bread or Dutch Crunch style or even a baguette. The problem w/these types of bread is that the loaf is not sliced. Then when we slice it up, we smash the heck out of it! If the bread has a soft center its practically ruined now. It’s like you’ve smashed it into a tight dense ball.
